Mabel C Christianson
Nurse, Army Nurse Corps, of Carpio, ND., received her early training at the Deaconess Hospital of Grand Forks, of which hospital she was a graduate nurse. She entered the nursing service of the United States Army soon after our entry into the war and was sssigned to an army hospital at Camp Lewis, Washington. She faithfully performed her duties at this hospital and especially during the terrible influenza epidemic that raged through the country during the summer and fall of 1918.
